Orders and Processing
Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing from the time your order is received. Specialty, custom or volume orders may require additional time. Shipping time can vary according to carrier. Hometown Baskets currently uses Fed Ex. If you prefer another carrier, please let us know. At this time we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, overseas, or to P.O. Boxes. We do our best to ship your basket ina timely manner. If you place an order over a weekend or on a holiday, please allow an additional 24 hrs for processing.
Substitutions
At certain times, we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens we will need to substitute a product or container with an item of equal or higher value. Also during warmer months, chocolate may be substituted with another type of candy due to the meltability factor.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our product or if a product arrives damaged please contact us immediately at mcasey@hometown-baskets.com or 203-882-0732 and we will rectify the problem.
Shipping of Alcohol
Wine baskets at this time are only available for local delivery. A signature of receipt is required by a person 21 years or older
